The bridge, the open space above the conning tower, includes:

1. Hatch down to the conning tower.
2. Target bearing transmitters.
3. Announcing systems.
4. Lookout platforms on the periscope shears.
5. Signal lamp.
6. Course indicator.
7. Ships’ guns including 20 mm and 40 mm, as installed.
